TufLuck Prize Competition

TERMS & CONDITIONS · ABR FESTIVAL 2026

1. The Promoter

This competition is organised and operated by ATUA Ltd, trading as TufLuck ("the Promoter"). The competition is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ABR Festival, its organisers, or management. All third-party trademarks and logos referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over.
• Employees and immediate family members of ATUA Ltd / TufLuck are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries using the same name, email address, or mobile number will be disregarded.
• Entries are only accepted at the TufLuck stand at ABR Festival 2026 via the official entry device provided.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must provide their full name, a valid UK mobile number, and a valid email address via the official TufLuck entry form. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

4. The Prizes

Instant Prizes: A selection of instant prizes (including but not limited to stickers, confectionery, caps, T-shirts, and hoodies) are available while stocks last. Instant prizes are subject to availability and will be awarded at random based on the outcome of the in-game prize draw mechanism.

Grand Prize: Two (2) TufLuck maximum security ground anchors will be awarded to winners drawn at random from all eligible entries at the end of the event.

• Prizes have no cash or monetary alternative.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.

5. Prize Collection

• All instant prizes must be collected in person at the TufLuck stand at ABR Festival 2026. Prizes will not be posted, couriered, or transferred by any other means.
• Prizes will not be handed over outside of ABR Festival 2026. Any uncollected instant prizes at the close of the event will be forfeited.
• The Grand Prize ground anchors may, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, be arranged for delivery to the winner's UK address if the winner is unable to collect in person. This is not guaranteed and shall be agreed directly between the Promoter and the winner.
• Winners must provide proof of identity and their unique entry reference number when collecting a prize.

6. The Draw

The Grand Prize draw will take place at the TufLuck stand at the conclusion of ABR Festival 2026. Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the event. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be notified in person at the event where possible, and via the email address provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their Grand Prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

7. Fair Play & Integrity

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and refuse to award or withdraw a prize in the event that the Promoter reasonably suspects:

• Manipulation or tampering with the competition entry system or game mechanism;
• The use of automated tools, scripts, bots, hacking, or any other technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage;
• Multiple entries submitted by the same individual using different contact details;
• Any other fraudulent, dishonest, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

The Promoter's decision on matters of disqualification is final. Disqualified entrants will not be entitled to any prize or compensation.

8. Technical Faults & Right to Withdraw

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or withdraw this competition at any time and without prior notice due to:

• Technical faults, errors, or glitches affecting the entry system or game;
• Circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control;
• Any other reason the Promoter deems necessary in its sole discretion.

In such circumstances, no liability will attach to the Promoter and no compensation will be payable to any entrant.

9. Data Protection & Marketing

By entering this competition, you agree that the Promoter (ATUA Ltd / TufLuck) may use the personal information you have provided (name, email address, and mobile number) for the following purposes:

• To administer the competition and contact you regarding your entry or prize;
• To send you marketing communications about TufLuck products, offers, events, and news — where you have indicated your consent to receive such communications.

Your data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy, available at tufluck.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at hello@tufluck.co.uk.

The Promoter will not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition;
• Technical issues affecting the entry system or the awarding of prizes;
• Entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete for any reason.

11. General

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
• These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at tufluck.co.uk.
