⚠️ Note on Axle Sliders
The front width of TufLuck is 340 mm. Please be aware that a small number of motorcycles fitted with extra-wide axle sliders may have ends that protrude slightly beyond this width.
⚠️ Brake Disc Clearance
The inside pin-protection of TufLuck are spaced 165 mm apart.
Before installation, please measure the distance between your motorcycle’s front brake discs. If the distance is less than 160 mm, your bike will fit correctly.

Unrivalled Strength and Design
Constructed from precision-folded 6mm steel, TufLuck is purpose-built to resist attack from cutting tools, crowbars, and grinders.
A 25mm solid hardened steel locking pin mates to a heavy-duty hidden shackle padlock, securing your front wheel and simultaneously blocking access to all fixing points, padlock shackles, and the pin shaft itself.
The entire unit anchors to the floor using up to 10 heavy-duty bolts, locking your motorcycle in place with no exposed weaknesses.
When TufLuck is not in use and the locking pin is engaged, it will physically block access to the mounting slots — preventing removal or repositioning until unlocked.

What’s Not Covered
While TufLuck is built to last, there are limits to what the warranty includes.
The following are not covered:
- Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, scuffs, or paint chips
- Damage caused by improper installation or modification
- Wear and tear from normal use or environmental exposure
- Rust or corrosion resulting from neglect or improper maintenance
- Padlocks or other third-party components
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or attempted theft
- Damage to motorcycles, vehicles, property, or flooring caused by incorrect installation or use
Warranty Conditions
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required to make a claim.
- The product must be installed and used according to TufLuck’s official instructions.
- Any modification or unauthorised repair will void this warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your TufLuck has developed a fault covered under our warranty, please contact us at info@tufluck.co.uk with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice)
- Photographs or a short video clearly showing the issue
- A short description of how and when the issue occurred
Once received, our team will review your claim and confirm the next steps.
If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange for repair or replacement.
Return Shipping
Due to the weight and size of TufLuck units, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a fault is confirmed by us under warranty.
We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure safe return delivery.
