That’s why every TufLuck product comes with a Lifetime Warranty — a promise that your device will continue to perform as intended for as long as Atua Ltd is actively trading.


What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers the main body of the TufLuck unit against:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material faults
  • Functional failure under normal use

If your TufLuck ever stops functioning as designed due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it — free of charge.

25% Off Retail Price for Replacement

In case your TufLuck gets attacked and gets damaged to the point that its not safe to use anymore, we offer 25% OFF for a brand new TufLuck unit when you return your old damaged one.

What’s Not Covered

While TufLuck is built to last, there are limits to what the warranty includes.
The following are not covered:

  • Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, scuffs, or paint chips
  • Damage caused by improper installation or modification
  • Wear and tear from normal use or environmental exposure
  • Rust or corrosion resulting from neglect or improper maintenance
  • Padlocks or other third-party components
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or attempted theft
  • Damage to motorcycles, vehicles, property, or flooring caused by incorrect installation or use


Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required to make a claim.
  • The product must be installed and used according to TufLuck’s official instructions.
  • Any modification or unauthorised repair will void this warranty.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your TufLuck has developed a fault covered under our warranty, please contact us at info@tufluck.co.uk with the following details:

  1. Your full name and contact information
  2. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice)
  3. Photographs or a short video clearly showing the issue
  4. A short description of how and when the issue occurred

Once received, our team will review your claim and confirm the next steps.
If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange for repair or replacement.


Return Shipping

Due to the weight and size of TufLuck units, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a fault is confirmed by us under warranty.
We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure safe return delivery.
