These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and use of products sold by Atua Ltd, trading as TufLuck (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or using a TufLuck product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Purpose and Disclaimer

TufLuck products are designed to provide a robust physical security solution to help deter motorcycle theft.
However, no security device can guarantee complete theft prevention, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of a motorcycle or other property while secured using our products.

Installation and use are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. It is essential that all installation and safety instructions are followed carefully.

3. Returns and Refunds

We take great care to ensure each TufLuck product is checked and securely packaged before shipping.

Due to the size, weight, and cost of shipping, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for minor cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches, scuffs, or other superficial marks that do not affect performance or function.

If a product arrives damaged beyond intended use or function, please contact us at info@tufluck.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if accepted, arrange a repair or replacement.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless a product fault is confirmed by us. Return postage costs that are not approved by TufLuck will not be refunded, please get approval for these before hand.

If a customer decides to return a product for any reason other than a confirmed fault (such as a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other non-defective reason), the customer will be responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

4. Warranty

TufLuck products include a Lifetime Warranty covering the main body of the device against manufacturing defects or functional failure, valid while Atua Ltd is actively trading.

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage or surface wear.
• Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse.
• Padlocks or third-party components.
• Damage caused by corrosion, impact, or external forces.

To make a warranty claim, please contact info@tufluck.co.uk with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

5. Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing or installing a TufLuck product, you agree that:

• Atua Ltd shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use, misuse, or installation of the product.
• We are not responsible for damage caused to motorcycles, vehicles, flooring, surrounding property, persons, or animals arising from improper installation or use.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the installation location and surface are suitable for securing the product.
• Any modifications or unauthorised repairs will void all warranties.

6. Shipping

All orders are shipped securely and insured for transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing, product details, or availability without prior notice.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

8. Intellectual Property

All TufLuck designs, logos, imagery, and written materials are the intellectual property of Atua Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
