TufLuck Return Policy

At TufLuck, every unit is checked and securely packaged before it leaves us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work if something isn't right with your order.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival

If your TufLuck arrives damaged beyond intended use or function, contact us at info@tufluck.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or a short video clearly showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and, if approved, arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

2. Cosmetic Marks

Due to the size, weight, and material of TufLuck units, minor cosmetic imperfections — such as scratches, scuffs, or superficial marks that don't affect performance — are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you'd like to return a product for a reason other than damage or fault (e.g. change of mind, ordered by mistake), you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You contact us at info@tufluck.co.uk first to request return approval
  • You cover all return shipping costs

A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns, deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected, minus any original shipping charges.

4. Return Shipping

Due to the weight and size of TufLuck units, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless a fault or damage is confirmed by us. Any return shipping costs not pre-approved by TufLuck will not be reimbursed — please contact us for approval before sending anything back.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

5. How to Start a Return

Email info@tufluck.co.uk with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your reason for return
  3. Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

We'll confirm next steps and, where applicable, provide a returns address and approval reference.

6. Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take longer to show the funds.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of misuse, unauthorised modification, or improper installation
  • Padlocks or third-party components not supplied directly by TufLuck
  • Items returned without prior approval from TufLuck

That's why every TufLuck product comes with a Lifetime Warranty — our promise that your device will keep performing as intended for as long as Atua Ltd is actively trading.

What's Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers the main body of the TufLuck unit against:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material faults
  • Functional failure under normal use

If your TufLuck stops functioning as designed due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it — free of charge.

25% Off a Replacement If You're Attacked

If your TufLuck is attacked and damaged to the point it's no longer safe to use, we'll give you 25% off a brand new unit when you return the damaged one to us.

What's Not Covered

TufLuck is built to last, but the warranty has some limits. The following aren't covered:

  • Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, scuffs, or paint chips
  • Damage from improper installation or modification
  • Normal wear and tear or environmental exposure
  • Rust or corrosion caused by neglect or improper maintenance
  • Padlocks or other third-party components
  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Damage to motorcycles, vehicles, property, or flooring caused by incorrect installation or use

Damage from an attempted theft isn't covered under the free repair/replace warranty above, but qualifies for the 25% off replacement offer.

Warranty Conditions

  • Valid only for the original purchaser and non-transferable
  • Proof of purchase required for any claim
  • Product must be installed and used per TufLuck's official instructions
  • Any modification or unauthorised repair voids the warranty

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Your full name and contact details
  2. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
  3. Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue
  4. A brief description of how and when it happened

We'll review your claim and confirm next steps. If approved, we'll arrange repair or replacement.

Return Shipping

Due to the weight and size of TufLuck units, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless a fault is confirmed under warranty. We recommend a tracked courier service for safe return delivery.

Fitment

TufLuck fits any bike with a 15" to 21" front wheel and a front tyre between 90mm and 128mm wide. That covers sportsbikes, nakeds, adventure, dual-sport, tourers and most stock cruisers.
Look on your front tyre's sidewall. In a code like 120/70 ZR17, the 120 is the width in mm and the 17 is the wheel diameter in inches. If those numbers fall inside our range, you're good.
Stock Softails (130/90B16) and Gold Wings (130/70R18) for these we have a special version please drop a message before you buy!
Yes. 21" is within the range, so most ADV and dual-sport bikes fit straight in.
It comes with you. One universal unit covers the whole size range, so there's no size to pick and no new lock to buy when you upgrade.
No. TufLuck is designed for the front wheel, which is what blocks wheel removal and lift-and-roll theft.

Install

No. TufLuck is Sold Secure Diamond-rated freestanding, so you can put it down, roll in and lock up.
Freestanding carries SS101 Diamond. Bolting it down adds SS105 Diamond, the top rating for ground anchors. You can start freestanding and bolt it down later.
6 fixings are supplied: but you can use up to 9 × M12 anchor bolts. You'll need a drill with a masonry bit and a solid floor.
It weighs 45kg. One person can position it, but two makes it easier. That weight is also why a thief can't just walk off with it.
Yes. The fixings are removable, so you can unbolt it if a bike is not locked in, move it and re-fit it at your new place.
Roll the front wheel in, drop the pin through and lock the padlock. It also holds the bike upright, so you don't need the side stand.

If your TufLuck shows evidence of an attempted attack, you get 25% off a replacement. If it took the hit instead of your bike, it did its job.

No. The padlock, ground fixings, rim protectors and lanyard are all in the box. Shipping is charged separately because of the size and weight.
No, TufLuck is made of structural steel, and will offer maximum security no matter the size of blemish. We only cover manufacturing defect.
